Our Wine.

The Ethos wine list follows the same philosophy as our food. We seek to advocate our local industry by offering those varietals which emphasise a world class region for viticulture . Our belief is that wines produced by local, family owned vineyards express the same characteristics as the food we serve from similar sources. That by focusing on product derived from the same terroir, we create an experience that is truly Tasmanian. To enhance this, we have selected alternative examples of these wines from benchmark and iconic regions of the world, always with an emphasis on best practice, with a few alternatives to satiate a range of palettes.

Expect a surprise or two…… They have a small, global list (from Waiheke Island to Basilicata), generous in its treatment of the locals and painstaking in its selection of quality producers and fascinating wines. First-rate by the glass.
