We thought it was about time to give a little kudos to the team behind the scenes, whose tireless and and always incorrigible efforts result in all sorts of delicious treats and feasts for our senses. Every day, Ethos staff and customers are presented with something new, gleaned from and inspired by the locally grown/caught/farmed produce we are privileged to see come through our doors. Over the coming months, we will be profiling the faces behind the food, the personalities that influence the kitchen and generally giving our chefs a little round of applause for cooking us something worth getting excited about!
